Faires are All Around Us

I recently purchased a Got2Glow Baby Fairy Finder from Walmart after seeing the larger original Fairy Finder on Instagram.

The original sized finder is the size of a large jar with a handle. It is very cute, but it is a bit large for me. I love virtual pets like Tamagotchi, so I'm glad they came out with a smaller version.

Supposedly the fairies you can find on this one are different from the other versions (there is a Fairy PET Finder as well). But you can trade them with each other if you happen to own more than one, or have a friend who has a different version.

Overall, this digital pet is very simple, but pleasant. You can even turn it off if you do not want to use it for awhile, which is different from Tamagotchi I'm used to that I have to remove the batteries from. haha. You can leave it on and play with your current fairy; and whenever another is nearby the Fairy Radar will pop up and lead you to a new catch. If you prefer not to do it that way, you can also get to the radar from your menu on the device. I read that there are 24 fairies I can find on this device, and yet I have already found one that is not on the list. So maybe there was some sort of update! Kind of exciting. There are also fairies you can only get with special codes. I do not have any of those yet. I am looking forward to casually finding more fairies in my world! :)

Here is what the original Got2Glow Fairy Finder looks like:

The Fairy Pet Finder:

I would absolutely LOVE to have the Pet Finder, but like I said, these original jar styles are very large. I'm not sure if I want to commit to that! I might....

The original sizes run about $30, while the Baby Finder is about $25. I have seen the Baby Finder for less online, but in person I paid $25.
